Huset RASK is a Danish non-profit association (almennyttig non-profit forening) with its head office in Randers and a house in Strib near Middelfart. It offers therapy, coaching and nutrition-based programmes for people living with illness, life crises, stress and addiction, including food and substance misuse. Its core offering is a free therapy programme for people with diagnosed illness and free support for relatives of seriously ill people, alongside paid weight-loss and nutrition courses. The association is funded by donations, memberships and volunteers, and its sales surplus goes to its public-benefit work. Its approach combines the DFL method, biochemistry, nutrition, therapy and community. Services are delivered mainly online across Denmark, with optional residential stays in Strib.
