IDEGUI is a non-profit private association based in Guimarães, Portugal, founded in 2012 by the Município de Guimarães and the University of Minho. It promotes design and supports companies in increasing their competitiveness through the incorporation of design, connecting designers with industry. It also runs design training, including an undergraduate programme in product design, and promotes design research and culture, with activities linked to the Instituto de Design de Guimarães in the Couros area.
