Joulupuu

Joulupuu is a non-profit association based in Espoo, Finland working on children & youth, poverty & hunger.

Joulupuu ry is a Finnish registered association that runs the eJoulupuu nationwide fundraising campaign with Kotimaanapu, and the Joulupuu gift collection. The collection gathers new Christmas gifts and gift cards for children and young people in child welfare and special support, and the association also grants discretionary financial support for hobbies, emergencies and life events. Local gift collections are organised mainly by associations and volunteers across Finland, supported by the association through free gift-tag packs, small financial grants and training. The association reports 1,704 volunteers across Finland. Its gift and money collections run in local areas in Finland, with national activity coordinated by paid staff.
