It is funded entirely by private donations and shop income, receives no state or municipal support, and has no paid staff. Its cat room is located in central Tallinn, Kadriorg, where visitors can arrange appointments. The shelter cares for around 150 to 200 cats at any time and places roughly 150 to 200 cats and kittens in homes each year.
