Klub CF, formally Klub cystickej fibrózy, is a Slovak civic association founded in 1995 by parents of children with cystic fibrosis. It supports adult and child patients with cystic fibrosis and their families in Slovakia. Its work covers rehabilitation and exercise programmes, education about the condition, research information, and support for patients' rights and social integration. It also runs mobile and online resources for patients and runs a charitable online auction and grant-funded projects. The organisation is a member of the international bodies CFW and CFE.
