It manages the Ghana Nutrition Improvement Project as an official partner of The Ajinomoto Foundation, working to prevent malnutrition and stunting among infants and young children. Its approach combines social behaviour change communication with caregivers and health workers, delivered with the Ghana Health Service, and market-based distribution of KOKO Plus, a fortified soybean-based powder supplement, through convenience stores near health facilities and communities. The organisation emphasises local supply chains, local production and respect for local food culture. It also contributes to the African Health and Wellbeing Initiative.
