Fundacja L.A.S. Listening and Sounding is a Polish cultural foundation and independent music label based in Wrocław. It focuses on improvised music, contemporary jazz and sound art, producing concerts, tours, residencies, recordings and long-term curatorial projects with artists and cultural institutions in Poland and abroad. Beyond music, the foundation works on sound quality and education, including training in listening and sound hygiene, sound-related well-being practices such as music therapy and sound meditation, and art therapy for people affected by crisis. It also advocates for sound quality and for reducing noise pollution in public space, and runs the L.A.S. Gallery venue. Its income relies on private corporate sponsorship and individual support.
