Founded in 2009 by social service professionals, it operates without profit motive to pursue the general interest of the community in promoting human development and social inclusion. Its main activity is the management of socio-health and educational services, especially non-residential home assistance for elderly people and people with disabilities, which it has provided since 2012. It also runs nurseries and micro-nurseries, a children's community home, mobile play services for early childhood, school support, and work-inclusion activities for disadvantaged people. The cooperative is rooted in the Campania region, particularly the municipalities within the Ariano Irpino and Lioni social zone plans, and also bids for national tenders and service contracts. It has a board of directors and 54 worker-members, and holds SA8000:2014 social responsibility certification.
