LaNoor Tugikeskus is a non-profit association (MTÜ LaNoor) based in Tallinn, Estonia, that provides support services for people with mental disorders and intellectual disabilities. Its day centre supports daily living skills, communication, creative activities and independence, and it offers personal assistant, support worker and child care services. Clients make handmade products such as ceramics, some of which are offered for sale. The organisation works with families and relatives to reduce care burdens and help people stay socially active, including in employment.
