LATI, Liga dos Amigos da Terceira Idade, is a non-profit social solidarity institution (IPSS) based in Setúbal, Portugal, working since 1979 to promote social well-being from childhood to old age. Its elderly care area provides residential care, a day centre, home support and medium-duration inpatient care, including a continuing care unit referred through the Portuguese national network. Its children's area runs a nursery, kindergarten and after-school centres in Setúbal. The organisation also runs a public sports complex offering swimming, fitness and personalised training, and a physical medicine and rehabilitation unit with physiotherapy, speech and occupational therapy. Its services are aimed mainly at residents of the Setúbal municipality, particularly those with limited means, pensioners and families.
