Lazos de Dignidad

Lazos de Dignidad is a non-governmental organisation based in Bogotá, Colombia working on human rights, justice & legal aid, peace & conflict.

Fundación Lazos de Dignidad (FLD) is a Colombian non-profit based in Bogotá. It provides legal representation and psychosocial support to people injured or killed by the National Police during social protests, and to protesters detained and prosecuted in connection with protests. The team also works on the rights of political prisoners and peace signatories, and runs a popular human rights school. The foundation is recognised by the National Penitentiary and Prison Institute (INPEC) as an external collaborating body for detention centres. It has assisted more than 115 people since the 2021 social uprising and accepts donations through its website.
