The club raises funds through events such as the Lions Oxelö Marknad market, bakluckeloppis car-boot sales and a Christmas market, and uses the money for local aid to people in need in the municipality. It supports elderly people with entertainment and cake gatherings at care homes, takes children and elderly people on outings, runs the Lions Tåget tourist train, and gives scholarships for youth, sport and culture.
