M2W2 is a Canadian registered charity based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, that provides mentorship and community reintegration support to people affected by incarceration. Its work includes one-on-one prison mentorship in federal and provincial correctional facilities, post-release support through its NOLA initiative covering housing, health, employment, education and relationships, and a Woodshop where participants build practical skills. It also runs the Hidden Treasures Thrift Store, a social enterprise that offers work experience to people on parole or work release and generates revenue for its programmes. The organisation operates across the Upper Fraser Valley and is expanding toward Kamloops and Victoria in British Columbia. Its roots lie in a prison ministry founded in the 1960s in the United States, and it describes its mission in Christian terms. Donations are tax-deductible and volunteers are trained to serve as mentors.
