Meglio Legale is a non-profit association based in Roma, Italy working on justice & legal aid, health, democracy & civil society.

Meglio Legale Aps is an Italian association for social promotion (Associazione di Promozione Sociale), registered in the national register of the Third Sector (RUNTS). It works to legalise cannabis and decriminalise the personal use of other substances in Italy. Its activities include public events, campaigns such as Io Coltivo, the 2021-2022 cannabis referendum effort, publications, a supporter membership club and a network of Meglio Legale Points. It funds its work largely through donations, including the 5 per mille tax allocation, and publishes financial reports. Its registered office is in Rome.
