MENstruation Foundation is a charity based in South Africa working on gender equality, health, education.

The MENstruation Foundation is a South African non-profit company that works to end period poverty. It provides free, dignified access to sanitary pads for schoolgirls, mainly through pad dispensers installed in school bathrooms, and raises awareness to reduce stigma around menstruation. The organisation also runs its own pad factory, which began production in July 2025, and sells merchandise and partnership opportunities to fund its work.
