It supports people in difficult labour market positions, including long-term unemployed adults, young people and people with intellectual disabilities, through coaching, rehabilitation, work activity, supported employment and youth workshops. It runs development projects with partners, often EU-funded, and operates Goodwill second-hand shops and a donation receiving point in Kemi. The foundation holds the Finnish social enterprise mark (Yhteiskunnallinen yritys -merkki).
