Naša Revúca is a civic association (občianske združenie) founded in 2019 by active residents of Revúca, a town in Slovakia. It aims to improve community life in the town by organising social, cultural, sports and charitable activities, supporting children, seniors and families, and protecting and improving the local environment. Its work includes children's days, community gatherings, the construction of a public gazebo and grill area at Poza Laca, environmental clean-ups in the surrounding mountains, and collections of goods for people in need, including after the outbreak of the war in Ukraine. The association is funded by individual and corporate donations, grants from foundations, and 2% tax designations. It is non-partisan and volunteer-driven.
