Nous Cims is a non-profit private foundation based in Barcelona, Spain, that designs, tests and supports innovative social projects in three areas: employability, emotional wellbeing and global development. Its programmes target vulnerable people, especially women, young people and children, in Spain and in emerging countries. Its work includes mental health and emotional wellbeing programmes for children, adolescents and cancer patients, mentoring and educational guidance for young people in or leaving the care system, and nutrition, education and employability initiatives abroad. The foundation focuses its international work on Senegal and Colombia and works through local social organisations, institutions and businesses. It also places strong emphasis on monitoring, evaluation and sharing learning.
