OPES aps is an Italian associazione di promozione sociale founded in 1980. It is also an accredited Servizio Civile Universale host entity and a sports promotion body recognised by CONI and CIP. It organises non-profit sporting, cultural, social, volunteering, training and recreational events and projects at local, national and international level, aiming to foster inclusion, education and social cohesion. It runs regional and provincial committees across Italy, affiliates amateur sports clubs, publishes the magazine RISORSE.NEWS, and runs international projects in Spain, Portugal and South Africa.
