Otvorené srdce is a counselling clinic in Trnava, Slovakia, run by the civic association Otvorené srdce, o.z. It provides counselling, therapy and social services to adult clients dependent on psychoactive substances and to people with non-substance addictions, along with their families. Services include individual, couple and family therapy, anonymous telephone counselling, and prevention and rehabilitation work aimed at reducing the serious social and personal problems caused by addiction. Appointments are arranged by phone on weekdays. The association is funded in part by the Trnava Self-Governing Region, the City of Trnava and local businesses, and it also receives donations through the Slovak scheme for allocating 2% of income tax to non-profit organisations.
