OZ HANS is a Slovak civic association founded in 2016 that supports families, young people and adults with autism, Asperger's syndrome and other forms of neurodivergence. Its work includes peer-to-peer counselling, support groups for parents, therapies, leisure activities, volunteer-based support, educational seminars and online materials such as e-books and podcasts. It runs day centres in Lučenec, Veľké Zlievce, Zvolen, Senec and Bratislava and operates in several regions across Slovakia. The association also carries out advocacy towards parliament, ministries and public bodies to promote an affirmative, strengths-based approach to neurodiversity, and supports young people with employment and skills development.
