OZ Malokarpatský región is a civic association holding the status of a Local Action Group (Miestna akčná skupina, MAS) under the LEADER/CLLD approach. It was founded in October 2014 to develop the rural area of the Malé Karpaty (Small Carpathians) region in Bratislava Region, Slovakia. Its members include towns and municipalities, businesses, non-profit organisations and individuals, with around 40 members in total, of which 16 are municipalities. The association covers the cadastral territory of the towns of Modra and Svätý Jur and fourteen surrounding villages. It runs grant calls under the EU-funded Rural Development Programme 2014–2020 (measure 19.2) to support local development projects, and it works to bring together public, private and civic actors in the region.
