OZ Misia úsmev a nádej (Mission Smile and Hope) is a Slovak civic association based in Stará Ľubovňa. It aims to raise and process funds to support education, humanitarian aid and social assistance, with a focus on improving the quality of life for children, families, people with disabilities, disadvantaged citizens and seniors. The organisation provides food, medicine, medical aids, hygiene products and transport to hospital for poor families and seniors, including families with children living below the poverty line. It also runs a programme supporting women and children escaping domestic or gender-based violence and trafficking, providing safe accommodation and basic necessities. Since the war in Ukraine it has collected and distributed food and essentials to families who fled the conflict, in cooperation with parish charities and partner organisations, and has sought accommodation for refugees. It organises charity events, such as the September 2021 event in Hotel Sorea, Ľubovnianske kúpele, whose proceeds went to House of Saint Anna in Stará Ľubovňa.
