It is registered in Turkey, Iraq and Syria, with its headquarters in Gaziantep, Türkiye, and field offices in Idleb and Azaz in Syria and in Erbil, Iraq. POINT works with internally displaced people, refugees, returnees and host communities, delivering early recovery and livelihoods, camp coordination and camp management, food security, protection, education, water and sanitation, and capacity building. It states that it adheres to the Core Humanitarian Standard and International Humanitarian principles of neutrality and impartiality, and operates feedback and complaints mechanisms for affected communities.
