Founded in 2009, Polska Koalicja Pacjentów Onkologicznych is a non-profit network based in Warszawa, Poland working on health, medical research.

Fundacja Polska Koalicja Pacjentów Onkologicznych (PKPO) is a Warsaw-based foundation founded in 2009 by four Polish patient organisations. It is a coalition of cancer patient organisations that represents its members in dialogue with public institutions, shapes common health policy, and promotes patient rights and knowledge of cancer care. It publishes the Głos Pacjenta Onkologicznego magazine and portal, runs the Pacjent Wykluczony campaign and support service, and operates the ONKOfundusz fundraising platform for individual patients. Its work is carried out mainly in Poland and includes cooperation with around 47 affiliated organisations and public bodies. Its activities include education, clinical-trial information for patients, and assistance to individual patients and their families.
