Põlvamaa Partnerluskogu is a non-profit association in Põlva county, Estonia, that serves as the local action group for the LEADER programme and manages ESF social measure funding in its action area. It runs calls for projects, approves and monitors grants for community, enterprise, social and rural development projects, and organises training, study visits, conferences and events for local communities, NGOs, farmers and entrepreneurs. Its activities focus on rural development, community life, older people, people with disabilities and carers, and cooperation with partners in Estonia and abroad. The organisation was established in 2006 and is governed by a board elected by its members, which currently has 42 members.
