Pracownia Zmiany is a think tank based in Warszawa, Poland working on community development, environment & climate, democracy & civil society.

Pracownia Zmiany is a Polish foundation based in Warsaw that works on urban planning, climate adaptation, road safety and public participation. It was created at the initiative of members of the Miasto Jest Nasze association to share its resources and experience with other cities. The organisation provides expert support to local governments, public institutions, businesses and NGOs, and develops projects with residents. Its activities include research and reports, training for local officials and residents, public walking tours, webinars, consultations and civic campaigns, including a voter turnout campaign in 2024. Its projects have included the Odbetonowani initiative, work with Rzeszów on public spaces, and a report on AI chatbots for local governments.
