Fundacja Razem dla rozwoju obszarów wiejskich is a Polish foundation working to develop social services and the social services workforce in the Polish-German border region. Through the Transgraniczne Centrum Kompetencji Zawodowych w zakresie usług społecznych, it runs German and Polish language courses, vocational qualification courses with certificates, internships in Poland and Germany, career counselling, and support for the recognition of professional qualifications. Its centres are located in Pyrzyce, Banie and Schwedt, and it also organises workshops, conferences and campaigns promoting social care professions. The project is co-financed by the EU's European Regional Development Fund under Interreg VI A and by the National Freedom Institute – Center for the Development of Civil Society under the Governmental Programme for the Development of Civic Organisations 2018–2030.
