Safad Foundation is a non-profit foundation based in Malmö, Sweden. It funds and runs targeted humanitarian and development projects for people in need in Palestine, with a focus on the Gaza region. Its work includes medical support and medicine donations through partner organisations, emergency food and clean water distribution, emergency shelter such as tents, winter clothing for children, and educational support. Donations are channelled through partners including Läkare Utan Gränser / Médecins Sans Frontières Sweden, PalMed Sweden and Nordic Aid. The foundation was established in October 2025, having previously operated as donations directly from Safad Food AB. Funds are fed in part by proceeds from Palestine Drinks, which contributes surplus to humanitarian causes.
