Founded in 2021, Salk is a think tank based in Tallinn, Estonia working on democracy & civil society, human rights.

Salk (SA Liberaalne Kodanik) is an Estonian foundation based in Tallinn that works to strengthen civil society and shape Estonia's public values. It produces analysis and research on political and social topics, offers arguments and ways for people to take part in public debate, and promotes a free and open society, sustainable environment, minority rights, solidarity and a free media. Its work is funded by supporters' donations and by sales from an online shop. It publishes commentary on elections, politics and public policy in Estonian.
