It works through human-centred programmes covering peacebuilding, education, well-being, socio-economic development and environmental sustainability. Its work began in the Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Herzegovina, and has expanded to Serbia, Croatia, Switzerland and France. Its programmes include the HARMONY Project, the Ripple Project and scholarship and mentorship initiatives for students. The organisation is based in Switzerland, with Swiss offices in Geneva and Montreux, and a presence in Sarajevo.
