Its work includes a school library, kindergarten, student sponsorship, a WASH programme, school meals, emergency aid and a farming project, and it is delivered through its sister organisation Seed for Cambodia, which was registered in Cambodia in 2020 and manages projects locally. The association was founded in 2014 by Andrea Brüschweiler Paulich. Donations are used for project costs, and the Swiss and German tax authorities recognise the association as charitable, so donors there can deduct contributions.
