SIGAUS is a non-profit organisation based in Madrid, Spain working on environment & climate, nature & wildlife conservation.

SIGAUS is a non-profit Integrated Management System for used industrial oils in Spain. It is funded by a per-kilo levy on new lubricant oil placed on the market, paid by producers and importers and passed through the supply chain to workshops and end consumers. The organisation guarantees the collection and treatment of used industrial oil nationwide through a network of more than 160 authorised management companies, and works with car repair workshops and industrial waste generators. It promotes regeneration and energy recovery of used oil, runs environmental awareness and tree-planting projects, and is governed by a General Shareholders Meeting and a Board of Directors made up of member companies.
