Founded in March 2005 by a group of young Spaniards, it works to express solidarity with Cubans who promote peaceful democratic change from within the country, people unjustly imprisoned for this cause, and their families. Its activities include campaigns, information on the situation in Cuba, support for political prisoners and their families, and a guide for travellers to Cuba on ways to support Cuban democrats.
