Spitex Grindelwald

Founded in 2003, Spitex Grindelwald is a non-profit association based in Grindelwald, Switzerland working on health, elderly care.

Spitex Grindelwald is a non-profit home care association serving the municipalities of Grindelwald and Lütschental in the Bernese Oberland, Switzerland, with a population of over 4,000. It provides home nursing, household services, companionship and counselling for people of all ages and in varied life situations. The association was organised as a Verein in 2003. Since 1 January 2026, operational activities have been handled by Spitex Grindelwald AG, while the association continues to exist. The organisation is working towards merging with three other regional Spitex organisations into SPITEX BeO Ost AG, effective 1 January 2027. Support is offered through membership and donations, with donations held for the public benefit.
