Activities focus on play, conversation, shared experiences, Swedish language practice, parental support and social networks, and are designed for multilingual groups. The organisation also runs projects for asylum seekers and Ukrainian refugees, supports fathers' involvement in family life and equal parenting, and conducts advocacy towards decision-makers. Its work is based on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Operations are national, with locations in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. It is funded by public bodies, foundations, companies and individual donations, and volunteers act as group leaders.
