Tænketanken EUROPA

Founded in 2013, Tænketanken EUROPA is a think tank based in København V, Denmark working on democracy & civil society.

Tænketanken EUROPA is an independent, non-profit association based in Copenhagen. It aims to strengthen and improve the European policy debate in Denmark by producing evidence-based analyses, policy ideas, roundtables, conferences, webinars and briefings on the EU and European affairs. It works with other think tanks, companies, organisations and public officials in Denmark and internationally, and its work is funded by foundations, private companies, organisations and trade unions that hold memberships, along with public funding. It was established in 2013 by the labour market parties CO-industri and Dansk Industri and relaunched in 2019-20 with new statutes, a new board and a new director. The organisation publishes analyses and newsletters and supports journalists and professionals from other countries with analysis of Danish European policy.
