The project collects, studies and disseminates good practices in pastoral, social, cultural and economic activity that use local resources, and helps pilot and activate them in local territories. Its stated audience is parishes, dioceses, religious institutes, Catholic movements and associations, and civil society bodies in inland and peripheral areas.
