Tierhof mit Herz

Tierhof mit Herz is a non-profit association based in Kradolf-Schönenberg, Switzerland working on animal welfare.

Tierhof mit Herz is a Swiss association run on a voluntary basis that works to protect dogs in Romania, mainly street dogs from public shelters. It supports private shelters and local animal protectors in Romania, rescues dogs and brings them to its farm in the canton of Thurgau, Switzerland. There, dogs live in a pack, are trained in basic household and leash behaviour and are then rehomed through a screened adoption process with contracts, microchipping, vaccination and follow-up support for adopters. The association also offers dog holiday places, daytime dog care and dog massages, and relies on donations, sponsorships and volunteer work.
