Founded in 2007, Türkiye Gençlik Filarmoni Orkestrası is a non-profit organisation based in Ankara, Turkey working on arts & culture, children & youth, education.

Türkiye Gençlik Filarmoni Orkestrası (TUGFO, also known as the Turkish National Youth Philharmonic Orchestra) is a youth orchestra founded in 2007 by conductor Cem Mansur with the principal support of the Sabancı Foundation. It brings together around 100 musicians aged roughly 16 to 22, selected by audition from Turkey's conservatoires. Each summer, after a three-week preparation period under leading tutors, the orchestra gives concerts in Turkey and abroad at major European festivals and concert halls. It also runs workshops on music as a social tool, including the Laboratory of Democracy. The orchestra is based in Ankara and is operated under the Sevda-Cenap And Müzik Vakfı.
