Founded in 2008, TÜZDER is a non-profit association based in Ümraniye, Turkey working on education, children & youth.

TÜZDER (Tüm Üstün Zekalılar Derneği) is a Turkish association founded in 2008 that describes itself as an independent civil society organisation. It aims to support the development of gifted and talented children and, more broadly, children of all abilities, through education, counselling and development programmes. Its services include intelligence and development tests, special education programmes, workshops, seminars, family counselling and online programmes. It also runs courses, seminars, conferences and panels for students, parents and educators, and publishes educational materials. Its activities are based at campuses in the Ümraniye and Bağcılar (Güneşli) districts of Istanbul, with some online programmes open to participants from other cities. The association organises the annual Dahiler ve Üstün Zekalılar Günü event and states that it works with several universities.
