Världsbutiken i Södertälje is a non-profit association that runs a local shop selling fair trade products. Its work aims to improve living and working conditions for producers outside Sweden and to give residents of Södertälje municipality a way to support global justice and sustainable development through their purchases. The association combines social, ecological and economic sustainability and is run entirely by volunteers. It sells goods at its shop and at events such as summer cafés, and also offers a selection of Christian literature and cards on behalf of Svenska Kyrkan.
