Its work includes a phased Transition Roadmap covering learning and decision-making, preparing for transition, and implementing the transition, along with training, consulting sessions and field mentorship for CCI leaders and practitioners. Its primary offering is the Transition Accelerator Program. The organisation operates through consulting, training, design and innovation, monitoring and evaluation, and software engineering teams, and has offices in Nairobi and Kisumu.
