The Wielkopolskie Stowarzyszenie Aktywnych Rezerwistów (WSAR) is an association based in Poznań, Poland, founded in 1999. It works to integrate reservists, particularly non-career soldiers and former professional soldiers, and organises shooting and sports-defence competitions, multi-discipline shooting events, survival events and military-themed meetings. It also runs pro-defence training days for secondary and vocational school students, including training for students from military-profile classes, and organises competitions for children and young people in counties, municipalities, schools and children's homes across the Wielkopolska region, with a focus on young people from socially at-risk environments. The association is registered in the court register, is a member of the Federacja Stowarzyszeń Rezerwistów Sił Zbrojnych R.P., and reports cooperation with around 200 similar associations at home and abroad, with members holding roles in CIOR, CIOMR and AESOR international bodies.
