WIIS Poland

Founded in 2017, WIIS Poland is a non-governmental organisation based in Warsaw, Poland working on peace & conflict, gender equality, employment & skills.

WIIS Poland is the Polish national affiliate of Women In International Security (WIIS Global), a global network focused on advancing women's leadership and participation in international peace and security. Launched in November 2017 within the Casimir Pulaski Foundation, an independent think tank in Warsaw, WIIS Poland promotes women's engagement in security and foreign policy in Poland and Eastern Europe. Its activities include mentoring programmes for female students and graduates, seminars, conferences, diplomatic meetings and networking events. Membership is open to professionals and students for an annual fee, giving access to WIIS Global's network, job opportunities and analysis.
