It offers sports such as softball, tchoukball, lacrosse, baseball, rollstuhl softball, kin-ball and dodgeball, with a focus on girls and women. Its programmes are open to girls from age 6 and women of all ages, and it offers a free trial month and trial sessions. The association states that it also aims to be inclusive of people with disabilities and socially disadvantaged people, and it describes a child protection concept, trained coaches with extended criminal record checks and first aid training, and a goal of raising the share of female players by 10% by the end of 2026. Men and boys are also welcome to take part.
