Zintegrowana Służba Ratownicza (ZSR) is a non-governmental association based in Jawiszowice, Poland, made up of volunteers and professionals including firefighters, medical staff, negotiators, mediators and psychologists. It works in emergency response, including rescue actions, medical transport and sanitary transport, and medical cover for mass events. It runs first aid courses for children, young people and adults, and a youth section that trains young people in rescue skills. It also has a crisis intervention section providing psychological support to people in crisis, and a humanitarian aid section that organises collections and delivers aid in Poland and abroad. Its rescue work also covers local areas in the Oświęcim district, and it reports deployments to Turkey and Morocco following earthquakes and flooding relief in Poland. The organisation states that it cooperates with the State Fire Service, Police and the National Emergency Medical Services.
