CENER is a government headquartered in Sarriguren, Spain specializing in Biomass, Solar, Wind.

CENER (Centro Nacional de Energías Renovables) is Spain's National Renewable Energy Centre, a government technology research institution. The Biomass Department performs applied research in biomass energy, offering R&D services and technical assistance to industry and institutions. The Biorefinery and Bioenergy Centre is a semi-industrial pilot-scale test facility capable of developing production processes for bioproducts, solid biofuels, advanced liquid and gaseous biofuels, and biorefinery concepts. The center operates multiple reactor systems and analytical equipment for biomass characterization and conversion process development. CENER provides technological support across six areas: wind, solar thermal and photovoltaic, biomass, smart buildings and districts, and grid integration.
