Founded in 1992, ELTE Holding is a private headquartered in Ústí nad Labem, Czech Republic specializing in Renewable Energy Sources.

ELTE Holding a.s. is one of the most important suppliers of technological infrastructure for the energy industry in the Czech Republic. The company operates through two main facilities: headquarters in Ústí nad Labem and a production plant in Buštěhrad near Prague. Core business areas include implementation of power line constructions and accessories, heat exchangers and system components, electrical and control systems engineering, and renewable energy sources (studies, projects, implementation). The company was transformed from ELTE, s.r.o. into a joint-stock company (a.s.) on January 1, 2024. It holds multiple certifications including ISO 3834-2, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 9001, and is a recipient of support from the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic for applied research and innovation.
