Founded in 2022, Endev-R is a co-op headquartered in Belgium specializing in Wind.

Endev-R (Energy Development and Realisation) was established in late 2022 as a collaboration between Eneco, a leading energy producer, and four local Flemish energy cooperatives: Campina Energie, Denderstroom, Stroomvloed, and Vlaskracht. The organization develops renewable energy projects, particularly wind turbines, with a unique model in Belgium where both commercial and local citizen cooperatives participate from project inception. All realized projects are opened for 50% direct participation by citizens, local businesses, and residents through the local cooperatives, which collectively hold 50% of EnDev-R's shares. The company aims to accelerate energy transition in Flanders while ensuring fair profit sharing and generating local prosperity.
